Refund Policy

1. Return & Refund

Upon delivery, customers are given a grace period of three (3) days to inspect the received products for any damage and/or defect. If there is any damage and/or defect on the received goods, customers have an additional seven (7) days from the inspection period to return the damaged products for refund.

In the case where customer initiate a refund due to defect and/or damaged products, the customer is required to return the damaged products within the stipulated time mentioned above. The shipping cost for returning the damaged products will be fully borne by the customer. Once we received the returned products, we will inspect the products and initiate a refund based on the quantity and selling price of the returned products.

2. Cancellation & Refund

Any cancellation is possible so long as it is fourteen (14) days prior the scheduled delivery date and before the order is in production. If the cancellation period goes beyond the stipulated time or after the production of the order has begun, 100% of the payment is non-refundable. If the cancellation of order is within the stipulated time and before the order is in production, 100% of the payment is refundable.
