This website serves as a catalogue website to display the Products and/or Services of Sweet Wonders Candies Sdn. Bhd. ("SWC"). Therefore, there will be no online checkout at the website.

2. Storage and Consumption
We highly recommend that our products are being stored and consumed based on the following guidelines:
Royal Icing Product:
Royal icing products include 2D/3D candy dolls, candy sticks and sugar flowers. Royal icing product should be stored in dry area at room temperature (23°C - 26°C) and humidity under 60%. Royal icing product has a shelf life of 8 - 12 months depending on the storage condition.
Fondant Product:
Fondant products include rolled fondants, fondant dolls and sugar plates. Fondant product should be stored in dry area at room temperature (23°C - 26°C) and humidity under 60%. Fondant product has a shelf life of 8 - 12 months depending on the storage condition.
Meringue Product:
Meringue product should be stored in dry area at room temperature (23°C - 26°C) and humidity under 60%. Meringue product has a shelf life of 8 - 12 months depending on the storage condition.
Butter Cookie:
Butter cookie should be stored in dry area at room temperature (23°C - 26°C) and humidity under 60%. Butter cookie has a shelf life of 3 - 6 months depending on the storage condition.
Honey Cookie:
Honey cookie should be stored in dry area at room temperature (23°C - 26°C) and humidity under 60%. Honey cookie has a shelf life of 4 - 6 months depending on the storage condition.
Gingerbread Product:
Gingerbread product should be stored in dry area at room temperature (23°C - 26°C) and humidity under 60%. Gingerbread product has a shelf life of 4 - 6 months depending on the storage condition.
3. Payment, Cancellation & Refund

Payment:
At the moment, we only accept bank transfer. All payments should be made payable to SWC within 7 days from the invoice issue date and before the products are delivered.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation is possible as long as it is fourteen (14) days prior the scheduled delivery date and before the order is in production. If the cancellation period goes beyond the stipulated time or after the production of the order has begun, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.
Return:
Upon delivery, customers are given a grace period of three (3) days to inspect the received products for any damage and/or defect. If there is any damage and/or defect on the received goods, customers have an additional seven (7) days from the inspection period to return the damaged products for refund.
Refund:
If the cancellation of order is within the stipulated time of fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled delivery date and before the order is in production, 100% of the payment is refundable.
In the case where customer initiate a refund due to defect and/or damaged products, the customer is required to return the damaged products within the stipulated time mentioned in the Return section. The shipping cost for returning the damaged products will be fully borne by the customer. Once we received the returned products, we will inspect the products and initiate a refund based on the quantity and selling price of the returned products.
4. Delivery Conditions
The products of SWC can be collected personally at our outlet or be delivered to a requested address. At the moment, SWC's delivery service only covers Peninsular Malaysia. For delivery outside of Peninsular Malaysia (East Malaysia or other countries), please do contact our sales assistants for further discussion and arrangement.
Please be informed that products will be delivered to your requested address by SWC's delivery person based on the time and date you specified upon placing the order with our sales assistant. A delivery fee will be applied based on the location of the delivery address. Free delivery will be given for orders above RM800.
5. Customer Dissatisfaction
SWC is committed to deliver exemplary and profession customer service in order to provide our customers with the best quality Products and/or Services. Therefore, customers may forward their complaints and woes pertaining our Products and/or Services to the following addresses and we will do our utmost best to attend to them accordingly.
